Able to handle high volume calls - Schedule appointments for patients (reconfirm accuracy) - Make reminder calls - Answer telephone promptly and in a polite & professional manner - answer questions and offer other information as requested - Act as liaison for patients and the office - direct calls to other departments - able to handle use sound judgment in handing calls especially upset patient calls - obtain and enter accurate demographic information into Nexgen - other duties assigned as needed. 

 

High School Diploma - GED - 1+ year of experience in customer service and/or related clinical environment - working knowledge of medical terminology - EMR Nexgen experience -  strong customer service experience and strong work ethic - Bi-lingual in Spanish helpful!
