The Revenue and Financial Analysis Manager is responsible for managing revenue reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, analysis and accounting support. The position oversees all reference standard and publications strategic, operational and monthly revenue reporting, analysis, forecasting and helps guide Finance’s Program Unit Support Managers, and the Strategic Marketing Program Operations they support, through the revenue process. Key functions are USP revenue forecasts, the annual strategic plan work, operational plan development, budget implementation and data base report development and maintenance. Additional work involves financial modeling, month/year end accounting, financial statements work, auditing, forecasting and planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual revenue forecasts and budgets in tandem with Finance Program Support Managers, SMPO leads and other Strategic Support Functions. Assists in revenue metric development
  • Acts as the revenue liaison between Finance, SMPOs, MIA and IT support. Serves as the project lead for Finance led revenue projects
  • Coordinates monthly and ad hoc revenue reporting. Reviews reports, develops queries and resolves data problems. Establishes and maintains report distribution
  • Advises Finance’s Program Unit Support Managers, and their SMPOs leads as needed, on revenue analysis, presentation and reporting tactics
  • Transition manual revenue reporting system into automated process
  • Support interim and annual financial audits by providing timely and accurate support schedules and analytical reviews
  • Accounting support – month/year end accounting, testing, controls verification and auditing
  • Forecasting and development of Financial Statements – Managerial Reporting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required (CPA or MBA highly preferred) 
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a professional - corporate finance, accounting role and/or Big 4 experience
  • Progressive demonstrated responsibilities in accounting, finance, planning, analysis, budgeting and reporting
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Must have International segment reporting and forecasting experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting internal customers at a senior and executive management level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Significant experience with Oracle and Hyperion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Power Point
  • Experience supporting financial reporting software, database development and presentation materials
  • Able to manage and successfully implement assignments and projects across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience developing predictive forecast models with proven accuracy over time
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability and desire to work well with diverse employees in a cooperative and friendly manner
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced business
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed
  • Strong team player with an emphasis on relationship/partnership building across all organizations and departments
  • Prior experience in a global organization, preferred
