Must have at least 3 years strong participative leadership experience. Incumbent will oversee court operations and manage employees serving 2 U.S. Bankruptcy Judges. Should be knowledgeable about all operational functions in the Clerk’s Office, and will be responsible for the development, implementation, & refinement of all office policies, procedures, & programs. Special consideration may be given to those applicants with: knowledge of federal and local rules, court procedures and operations; excellent
knowledge and understanding of the concepts, principles and practices of the Bankruptcy Court; and thorough knowledge of case administration processes and principles. This career track position offers entry level to full career salary potential. Salary range $57,726 to $155,073 depending on qualifications, education & experience.
