Kenseal has 13 stocking locations located along the East Coast to ensure rapid order fulfillment. Our sales team is thoroughly trained to find solutions to the most challenging construction projects. We're looking for an assertive driver professional to join our inside sales team in Baltimore (Washington Blvd). Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:30pm shift. Responsibilities: This role offers plenty of variety and requires some serious multi-tasking to include the following: Sell over 500 specialty building products to contractors and subcontractors in the commercial construction industry Strive to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas as assigned Service all walk-in contractors, contact customers in assigned territory to establish add-on business, and eventually grow into role of cold calling new business prospects Assist customers in delivering the best solutions to their projects by providing product-related expertise Collaborate with other sales reps, sales (operations) coordinator, material handler and driver to ensure efficient order and delivery system Utilize Outlook and CRM tools to track interactions and sales Reports directly to branch Sales Manager Requirements: Excellent phone rapport 1-3 years accomplished sales and/or customer service experience required; prior B2B sales preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Enthusiastic team-focused personality Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM applications Compensation & Benefits: Free on site parking Competitive base salary plus monthly sales bonuses Annual sales incentive trip for top performers Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance Retirement plan with matching company contribution 15 days paid time off plus 7 holidays to start Business casual dress code; complimentary clothing with company logo available Come join our fun, yet professional work environment today!
