Retail Sales Associate (T-Mobile)
Job Description Company Overview: We look for sales associates who are enthusiastic, motivated and driven for our T-Mobile stores. The retail sales associate will be responsible to ensure a rewarding customer experience for all our customers, while demonstrating strong knowledge of mobile devices and available activation plans.Responsibilities:Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer serviceCreate additional sales opportunities through executing sales tactics while maintaining the highest level of customer service.Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of products and servicesDemonstrate equipment capabilities and functionalitiesAssist in handling daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative dutiesRequirements:High School Diploma or GED; An associate's or college degree is a plusAt least 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales environment; experience in wireless retail sales is preferredBilingual Spanish is a plusBasic PC skills including email, Internet and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desiredMotivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excelA knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quicklyYou are perfect for this position if you are : ProfessionalWell-spokenA fast LearnerTech savvyAmbitiousCustomer-orientedAn excellent communicatorPC-proficient Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regarding to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
