Outside Sales Representative
A Great American Opportunities Sales Representative is responsible for helping schools and organizations in their communities through product fundraising sales and services. Sales Representatives accept responsibility for the development and management of their own territory by selling new accounts, as well as running and keeping pre-existing accounts. Each salesperson has the flexibility to "run his/her business" with an entrepreneurial spirit, and with the guidance of Great American, to create promotional programs that most reflect the groups in that territory. Our salespeople set their own schedules and maintain a healthy work/life balance. Because of the fast pace of the job itself, our sales representatives can multitask and handle anything from: -Making cold calls -Asking for referrals -Presenting to a large group -Having fun with students -Staying organized with names and information -Handling challenges or issues with customers It is a rewarding and exciting career that enables a person to make an impact on others with an income potential reflective of the time and effort put into it. We are seeking individuals with a college degree, and with sales experience and/or a background in education and coaching.
