Job DescriptionBasic Qualifications: ServiceNow administrator, developer, and/or implementation specialist with experience in ServiceNow Service Catalog, Content Management System (CMS) and IT Asset Management Experience with JavaScript Experience with configuring and maintaining a hosted IT system for a government agency Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, Web Services, SSL, email (SMTP, POP3) ITILv3 or ITIL 2011 Service Management processes Preferred Skills Requirements: Web Technologies (Ajax, APIs, HTTP(S), SOA, SOAP, REST, CSS, XML, HTML, JSON, etc.) Agile software development lifecycle methodologies (eg, Scrum).
