As we aim to offer superior delivery for our customers to ensure connection processes run smoothly; manage future product development - we now seek a versatile Operational Lead to be based in our Owings Mills, MD offices, to direct operations and be the counterpart to our Sales & Marketing Lead.SummaryThe Operational Lead forms, together with the Sales & Marketing Lead, the day-to-day management team of Sales Boomerang. Primarily for managing all systems, processes, and development for Sales Boomerang, you will also be jointly responsible for business goals, especially achieving the ambitious growth plan and managing profitability and cash flows in line with that plan. This is an excellent role for an operational specialist with more general business leadership ambitions. As this business is projected to grow rapidly, so will the impact of the Operational Lead. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and further develop the operational processes supporting our SaaS offering, both in terms of the database as well as connections and communications with our data-suppliers;Design and maintain operational processes supporting individual customer CRM connections, from order-to-payment, including managing systems connections and platform stability and platform development;Scheduling, management, and execution of customer connections and service tickets;Initiate product and service enhancements, supporting continuous business growth;Lead external development resources to realize product enhancement;Provide technical support to clients in managing their CRM connections;Manage internal support staff, as the team develops and expands. Qualifications, Experience & CompetenciesBachelorA cents € (TM) s Degree or equivalent thinking and operating level gained from work-experience;5-10 years operational management experience in a data and/or tech based environment;Strong proficiency with MSOffice suite, aptitude for systems, databases, CRMA cents € (TM) sAffinity and/or experience with the mortgage (marketing) industry a definite plus;Ambition and aptitude to grow into a general management roleStrong time management and prioritization skills, accountabilityNot scared to get your hands dirty and jump in to make things happen;Positive, self-starting attitude crucial - you will build this role from scratch.
