Salesforce Solution Architect
Job Description Organization: CoreSphere LLCLocation: Washington, DC JOB DESCRIPTION: SOLUTION ARCHITECTCoreSphere is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect (SA) to assist with developing the full application architecture and developing solutions that translates business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions. Our Salesforce SA will be working with a team to meet with clients and gather requirements and develop the Salesforce solutions based on business needs with robust documentation. This positions requires a strong knowledge of application development, database design, systems implementation and crafting technical solutions to complex business needs. The best candidates will be a highly technical professional experienced in data architecture/database programming and web application development. Candidates should have extensive development experience with the Salesforce platform. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors DegreeMinimum of 5 years of (SFDC) systems implementation experienceMinimum of 5 years of , APEX or Visualforce development experienceSalesforce Developer Certification (Advanced preferred)Salesforce Administrator certificationSalesforce Sales or Service CloudKnowledgeable on all Salesforce offerings, sales cloud, service cloud, , etc.SFDC CRM application (Sales and Service Cloud) capabilities and constraints development best practicesPreferred Skills Requirements:Technical/Solution Architect experience on implementation projects platform experienceIntegrating Salesforce with 3rd party solutions (via app exchange or custom integration)Experience with data migration and migration tools for salesforce (both native SFDC and third party tools)Background with architecture solutions (third party and native SFDC)Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (eg API and governor limits) and how they influence designProcess Analysis, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & DashboardsOther CRM experience/process knowledge is a bonus Professional Requirements:Ability to creatively craft, propose, and present solutions based on high level requirements, with minimal guidance/Proficiency analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirementsProven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentDesire to work in an information systems environmentExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilianDemonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian Benefits:CoreSphere LLC offers competitive compensation along with outstanding benefits including Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, Public Holidays, STD/LTD, Health and Dental and 401(k).Work Authorization/Citizenship:This position requires a US Citizenship.
