Will be a part of a team of four Deskside Support Techs, plus one Lead Engineer who support Baltimore area client. (Approximately 250 end users). The primary work hours for this full time position is M-F 8am -4:30pm. There are some minor opportunities (up to 10 hours per month) for voluntary overtime which needs to be approved in advance. Please have at least 3 years of Deskside Support Experience, Desktop Break/Fix Experience, Networking Experience, and Printer Break/Fix Experience.
