Help Desk Tech Manassas, VA MUST: 2+ years experience supporting workstations in a network environment Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Win7, Win8 Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Excellent Customer Support Skills Ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues Proficient network troubleshooting skills Familiar with Microsoft Server Products including, Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 Familiar with Microsoft Small Business Server 2003/2008/2011 Knowledge of Configuring Microsoft Outlook - POP/IMAP/Exchange Knowledge of PDA devices (ie) Palm, Blackberry configuration Excellent written and verbal communication skills A+ Certified is a plus (however, proven hands on experience can over ride any certifications) DUTIES:
