Service Desk Support Provide technical support for personnel working on our 24/7/365 aviation program. Analyze reported issues, generate trouble tickets, and route tickets to appropriate technical staff for resolution. Generate and maintain reports on incoming call and issue reporting metrics. Assist in the coordination of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Assist in coordinating status tracking and problem resolution of trouble tickets. Perform 24x7 system monitoring and event coordination. Support maintenance of system software and hardware components. Perform diagnostic testing troubleshooting, and analysis of all system components. Provide additional customer and technical support as required. Requires: SF85P Public Trust or greater clearance
