Help Desk - Tier I (Phone Support) Arlington, VA MUST : Experienced Tier I Help Desk 1 - 3 years Help Desk experience with a focus in Phone Support 8570 IAT Level 2 compliant Experience with phone support is required Requires demonstrated experience of various COTS software/hardware, and network products; Windows 2000, MS Office 2000, etc. Relevant and equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement MS/MCP, HD/HAD, A+, Network+, MCP or similar certifications preferred Any type of OS certifications - required OS Win 10 - required (or ability to obtain within 3 months of assignment) Security+ CE required Secret
