Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). The successful candidate will have an internal client focused approach and his/her critical success factors will include Proactive readiness of talent based on forecasted client needs. Critical to achieving success in this role is the ability to build candidate pipelines for those areas in which we see the most activity Establishing strong relationships with our internal team and client contacts Successfully matching and closing searches Primary Responsibilities: Active Sourcing - Determining alternate sourcing channels Conducting independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc. Matching qualified candidates to open positions and prepare required information for client presentation Candidate Review - Conduct preliminary and/or second level qualifications screening and assessment of candidates for open client requisitions. Review qualifications, resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to qualify work history, training, education and job skills as related to open positions. Postings - Manage job board postings, rotations, social outreach, professional organizations and additional recruiting channels Pipelining - Identify, track, and engage consultants in our core functional areas; assist with strategic sourcing/network builds (like new geographies, functions). Activities include: Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc. Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods. Interview high potential talent on an exploratory basis. Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies. The successful candidate will possess: BA/BS degree required, with a strong academic record At least 5 years of proven, hands-on recruitment expertise ideally for public accounting or government services positions. A strong knowledge of and experience with outside recruiting resources including social recruiting Very strong interview skills Outstanding project management and vendor management skills High detail orientation and strong documentation skills The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to constantly re-prioritize An extremely high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment Impeccable follow through skills and the ability to deliver results. Strong collaborator with the ability to work successfully with a team dynamic and has exceptional, creative problem-solving skills. Facility in manipulating databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
