Director, Relocation (Real Estate) Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed), is hiring a Director, Relocation in the DC Metro area. The primary purpose of this job is to be responsible for the day to day real estate and relocation performance of the Corporate, Inventory, Broker to Broker and referral Company Divisions. Maintain existing reports and dashboards to meet the timeframes of various stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day staff performance, train and maintains performance of the agent team and staff. Automate or improve efficiency of existing reports and dashboards. Monitor performance of scorecards/source reports, surveys and recommends and implements changes to improve performance. Evaluate data quality ensuring standards and guidelines are met. Participate in corporate projects as requested, to include networking events. *This role is responsible for ensuring business continuity.* Education and Experience Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Bachelor's degree in related field required. Real estate license with the appropriate real estate board. Minimum (5) five years' experience in both real estate and relocation services required. Sales and customer service experience required. Remain informed of new ideas and academic research within the industry, best practices and regulatory developments through publications, membership in professional organizations and contact with partners and affiliates. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise. *Most roles require working in an office setting with moderate noise and the ability to lift 25 pounds.* Travel Ability to travel to various worksites and be on-call is required.
