Dover Behavioral Health System is seeking dynamic and talented Maintenance Technician to join its growing hospital! The Maintenance Mechanic's mission will be to maintain a safe and functional environment for patients, employees and guests. Key Responsibilities include: Deliver general repair, painting, and maintenance of the hospital Repair and maintain the HVAC system and equipment for the hospital Maintain inventory of all supplies throughout the facility Deliver high-quality customer service to the patients, staff, and guests by identifying their needs and providing timely maintenance Track maintenance requests in Facility Dude Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs, equipment, etc. Respond timely to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures This opportunity provides the following: *UHS is Challenging and rewarding work environment Growth and development opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries A Competitive Total Compensation Package Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan 401k plan with company match Generous Paid Time Off and flexible scheduling Tuition Reimbursement High School Diploma or Equivalent and experience in the maintenance field.
