The Digital Analytics Marketing Specialist will have strong analytical aptitude, knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, and the ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences. The individual in this role will assist with digital strategy and articulate KPIs/metrics, develop reports and dashboards to illuminate results to various audiences. Assist with data strategy and execute marketing campaign (brand and digital) for performance . Strategize and recommend innovative ways to use consumer data and analytics to aid in the development of KPIs . Manage the analytics of website properties to identify and recommend improvements . Create strategic plans for email marketing and develop KPIs, and reports to present to stakeholders . Use Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Double-Click Media to analyze the data and create the big picture . Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the data, structure, organization, design, and functionality . Manage multiple analytics requests . Translate digital analytics to clearly communicate business opportunities to all levels of the organization Qualifications . BA degree in Marketing or related field . 3 + years' experience and solid knowledge of digital marketing . Understanding of big data and how it relates to the big picture in marketing . Experience in marketing for websites, social media, and email . Knowledge of Adobe and/or Google analytics, A/B testing, advanced analytics . Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI . Experience with online media buying and selling . Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges . Extensive experience with Excel . Experience with DBM, DCM, Facebook's Power Editor, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. .
