Job Description Forcepoint is seeking a Senior Director of Global Governments Product and Solutions Marketing to lead product marketing, solution marketing and integrated go-to-market planning to drive US Federal, state and local, as well as international government adoption of Forcepoint cybersecurity solutions. This leader will be a key driver in the development of product positioning and messaging, solution, sales and channel enablement content, and strategic marketing programs to drive awareness, thought leadership and demand for Forcepoint's global government business. In this role you will work closely with our global government sales teams around the world to understand business and marketing goals and translate those goals into an integrated marketing plan. Our ideal candidate will have a deep product marketing and solutions marketing background, as well as relevant and current experience in supporting a US Federal and/or global governments business. Essential Functions Establish go-to-market strategies and plans that encompass product launches, lead generation, public relations and social media and determine the most effective strategies to meet revenue goals. Partner cross-functionally with various product groups, the global governments business development team, revenue marketing, marketing operations and global government sales teams to identify and deliver product marketing and solution marketing spanning both government-specific and commercial products to be sold to government buyers. Collaborate with regional marketing teams around the world coordinate programs and execution. Education, Experience and Skills 10-15 years of experience in product marketing or related field required 5 years plus experience in federal or global government marketing and/or business development, with a proven track record of effective product marketing and solutions marketing in a global governments context Demonstrated experience in marketing enterprise security solutions required Understanding of marketing and experience with both direct and indirect business models Strong verbal and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills for a variety of audiences including executives, partners and customers Focuses on prospects and customers - promotes customer centricity and focus on creating compelling, relevant, content-powered positioning, messaging and programs to achieve revenue and customer success goals Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
