Vencore is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Responsibilities Overall Assignment Description: Provide support to the ISP Contract PMO and Open IT Solutions Office on all business, financial and budgetary related issues. Individual is the subject matter senior on all matters concerning financial management and planning, and budget execution.Duties include: The Contractor shall:Identify and make recommendations for areas of improvementParticipate in technical, program and financial reviews.Support development of annual spend plans; track compliance to all fiscal commitment and obligation rates/quotas.Review financial products and artifacts providing feedback to program office and contractor.Assist in management and execution of ISP Contract operations and sustainment out year billing, invoices and collections.Coordinate cost estimates and technical work scope including fiscal appropriation determination with the program management office and appropriate project teams.Identify financial issues and communicate impacts to the Government points of contact.Provide input to reports, briefings and documentation.Draft AF9 funding documents.Track and maintain all contract financial records.Review, track and analyze all contractor financial information.Assist the PMO with resource management, budget execution, and financial analysis.Skills and Experience:Required:BA. or BS degree or related experience in a business or IT field.Desired:Specialized project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and riskKnowledge of ISP technologies.Specialized experience with developing and working with systems roadmaps and project plans.Understanding of the DoD, IC or NGA Acquisition Process, CM Process, and Financial Program Planning ProcessSpecialized knowledge/experience with NGA financial, budget and accounting tools (ie GEO-F, PRISM). Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD, or equivalent work experience.
