Sodexo is currently seeking a dynamic Senior Director, Construction Management - Service Operations to lead the performance of our Construction Services team-Facilities Management (FM) platform within Sodexo Service Operations across North America. This exciting area of focus is at the heart of the business we are building within our organization. Today, our FM Platform works to provide FM standardization and expertise to grow facility management business across all segments, promote an FM culture and serve as a catalyst for FM growth supporting all segments equally and design, manage and support deployment of technical FM services. About this position: This role will have ultimate responsibility for the projects platform for construction services serving our segment partners, executing a range of projects from energy retrofits, remodels, renovations, and green field ground up projects. Average number of projects executed across our typical fiscal year will range between 40 to 60 projects with volume basis of $50 to $100M per year delivered. As the Senior Director, Construction Management - Service Operations you will define, develop and execute construction projects across North America for Sodexo's seven operating business segments.
