Responsible for directing and managing all facets of a designated service provider location and all mobile locations associated with that location. Duties include client/customer service, scheduling, budget management, inventory control, purchasing, and collections. Technical duties include: installation, calibration, monitoring, and removal of ignition interlock devices in accordance with state regulations from program participants' vehicles. Additional duties and skills will include, but not be limited to, car mechanic skills (wire identification, soldering, etc.), electrical systems training, and perform troubleshooting associated with these tasks. -Field advanced customer support calls that would have otherwise been directed to the District Service Manager or Territory Supervisor.-Offer Installation/Electronic Wiring support for unfamiliar/difficult vehicles if technical support is unable to support needs of local service centers.-Cover/fill in at company owned facilities in the event of, but not limited to the following: hiring transitions, unforeseen emergencies, audits, and/or at the request of the direct manager.-Train newly hired local service/calibration technicians for a minimum of 4 weeks after their initial training at DSDI headquarters.-Install, monitor and remove interlocks from client cars. -Download client data from interlocks as scheduled, while collecting payments.-Answer all incoming telephone calls expediently, transferring calls to staff or taking complete messages when appropriate. Make follow-up calls with all new scheduled installs before and after initial service takes place. Offers 24-hour emergency customer support as scheduled.-Maintain clear and accurate records and files- Prepare bank deposits, as required, along with daily reconciliations. - Ensure all client files remain in a locked file cabinet and all client data remains secure at all times.-Submits quarterly progress report(s) to immediate manager.-Prepare and maintain all equipment and supplies, including inventory of interlocks handsets, control boxes and helix cables. -Fill marketing material within a 30 mile radius of "home" office. This includes but is not limited to Probation Offices, Pre-trial Offices, Courts, Drug Courts, Drug/Alcohol Classes, Service Centers, etc. Make routine fills a minimum of once per 3 months.-Maintain low level of expenses: general up keep, office furniture, maintenance, client vehicle repairs to be kept within 1% of annual revenue of service location(s).-Maintain the Draeger image of a clean, safe and organized work area. No personal items allowed on the walls or in the work bays.-Performs other duties as needed and assigned.-High School Diploma or equivalent experience -Minimum one (1) year experience in the interlock industry or five (5) years' experience in automotive mechanic and or electronic field. -Previous management and Spanish as a second language is helpful.-Valid Drivers License-Willingness to submit to a background check, drug screen and MVR checkSpecial Competencies or Certifications:-State licensing as Device Service Representative, where applicable, provided by Draeger. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (eg, Outlook, Word, Excel). Minimum 9 months growth of revenue over a 12 month span or operates 2 + Locations with Revenue exceeding $15,000 monthly. Ability to trouble-shoot problems that may arise with the computer programs or the client's vehicle. Good problem solving and customer service skills and willingness to accept new challenges. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks. Ability to handle several requests or calls at once and maintain a pleasant and cheerful manner while doing so. Math skills and analytical thinking capability.Work Environment / Conditions:-Most work will be performed in a service bay/office. Some work, including off-site calls, will be performed where needed involving routine traffic hazards.
