Responsibilities Senior Program Manager required for support for Government-wide transformation efforts. This position will support Unified Shared Services Management efforts across Government.ResponsibilitiesSupport successful program execution for multiple high profile projects, including coordination and communication with OMBSupport successfully planning, project execution and implementation of shared services across the government Provide strategic planning support for shared services implementation through execution of governance and program toll gatesProvide early feedback to programs on areas of program/project execution weakness followed by written recommendations for correctionHold feedback meetings with program executives to discuss findings and corrective actionsDevelop follow up materials and updates to program play books to support successful executionAssist with the creation of a strategic plan, performance metrics, and objectives, key results, and tactics for unified shared services Qualifications 10+ years of experiencePMP requiredDemonstrated experience in Human Resources and/or Financial Management shared services solutions and implementations for large enterprise or large Agency implementations Ability to multi-task in high-profile environmentAbility to communicate with executive level leaders across GovernmentExperience with IT governance lifecycle/PMO gate processes and/or frameworkDesired QualificationsPrevious experience with OMBCertified Scrum Master and/or ITIL certifiedExperience with MS ProjectExperience with Google SuiteExperience with SmartSheet, Trello and other Government-wide approved project management tools
