Construction Project Manager / Tenant Coordinator * PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU HAVE COLLEGE DEGREE OR RELEVANT CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE THIS IS NOT A SUPERINTENDENT POSITION Terrific opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in *construction, civil engineering or architecture* who is looking for an opportunity to break into commercial real estate construction with a company who can provide growth and advancement. The Tenant Coordinator reports to the Senior Tenant Project Manager and assists with coordinating new commercial construction as well as tenants' improvements and collaborates with the Senior Project Manager on seamless commercial property construction project openings by lease-required deadlines. Core Functions: Assists the Senior Manager with The Following: Assist in Preparing conceptual estimates for lease-driven projects for pro forma purposes and when Landlord work is involved. Assist in preparing scope of work products for Landlord work and/or review Tenant work letters. Managing projects within Primavera Unifier Reviewing tenant lease construction exhibits. Work with Leasing to provide support and develop the necessary relationships to manage tenant needs as they relate to planning, budget, design, permitting and construction. Assist in monitoring, maintaining and enforcing individual property Tenant Criteria. Assist in preparing schedules to meet critical completion dates for Landlord and Tenant projects. Assist in managing Design Professionals and Consultants for tenant construction projects. Directing and managing tenant plan check and permit process. Pre-qualifying General Contractors for eligibility to work at assigned properties. Assist in preparing RFP's, level bids and award to qualified General Contractor. Working with Contract Administration for contract preparation. Preparing and processing change orders; review monthly requisitions for payment. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Architecture, Construction Management or related field. Minimum three years' experience working as a Tenant Coordinator in the commercial property industry or equivalent experience as a Project Manager in the design or construction industry. Must possess the capability to read and comprehend construction documents, including Architectural and MEP plans.
