Where Care Meets Career.Human Resources Manager - HR Management (Operations) ResponsibilitiesAs a Human Resources Manager, you will coordinate the implementation of employee-related services for multiple assigned locations. This will include advising team leaders and team members on the application of employment, benefits, and worker's compensation laws, regulations and ResCare's policies and procedures as applied to all areas of the HR function.Your specific responsibilities for the HR Manager role will include:Assisting with Recruiting initiatives and referring direct support employment candidates for an assigned areaAdvising the HR Specialist in the replacement of vacant positions as quickly and economically as possibleEnsuring the application and compliance with federal, state and local employment law for your assigned service sitesDeveloping and maintaining recruitment resourcesAdvising operations on new hire orientation, ensuring HRIS data entry is accurate, and generating/distributing HR related reportsEnsuring that accurate records are maintained at your assigned service sitesCompiling and analyzing complex information, as well as researching and developing solutions to complex issuesAdvising on employment statutes, rules, regulations and policies affecting all team membersProviding leadership in effective conflict resolution for all personnelServing as a resource for team leaders in handling employee issues and assisting them in counseling employees, conducting evaluations, staff training, problem-solving and consensus buildingEnsuring that all staff have appropriate training records and that they receive appropriate job related and Human Resources related training for your assigned service sitesAssisting the Executive Director with recruiting and screening new Human Resources Specialists for your assigned service sitesProviding job training for the Human Resources Specialists for your assigned service sitesEnsuring that Best In Class (BIC) HR Standards are met within your assigned service sitesSpecific RequirementsWe are looking for a Human Resources Manager who combines solid leadership abilities with a firm and demonstrated commitment to the development and success of employees.
