Job Description Job Description: Digital Communications Manager Responsibilities Oversee, engage, and grow communities on all social media channels including - but not limited to - Twitter, Facebook and Facebook Live, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat Manage website to include adding new content and regular updates Manage contacts and audiences in CRM database Evaluate digital communications efforts - ie website traffic, social engagement - and provide sound, actionable insights for optimization Manage multiple vendor relationships including digital agency and ad-hoc vendors Mentor and manage a team of skilled communications professionals Stay current on digital trends and how they affect's strategies Desired qualifications Bachelor's Degree in communications, advertising, public relations, marketing, or a related field 3-5 year's relevant experience Proficient in WordPress, basic HTML, and Google Analytics Google AdWords Certification a plus Experience designing and implementing advocacy campaigns Excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills High integrity & detail-oriented Ability to lead by example and mentor colleagues in effort to achieve communications goals Ability to distill complex policy information into easily digestible, public-facing communications messaging Ability to manage multiple projects and people at once Ability to adapt to and handle unplanned situations Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
