Job Description CRC Property Management is a reputable, National Real Estate/ Property Management Company in search of an experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to oversee and lease our newest luxury community in Arlington, VA called The Ten. About the Property: The Ten is a 143-unit market rate apartment community in the highly desirable Clarendon area of Arlington, Virginia. In addition to the 143 units there is 3660 square feet of store front commercial retail space. The Ten is conveniently located a few blocks from the Clarendon Metro stop, retail stores, restaurants, nightlife, and grocery stores. The ideal candidate must be able to work well both independently and under pressure, handling a multitude of needs at the property with a positive, can-do attitude and a smile!! Previous lease- up experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects and answering questions about the amenities, local community and other property details. Drive the lease closing process by highlighting the quality of the community and the amenities available at the property. Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks. Ensuring all fees, deposits or are collected by prospects and/or residents in a timely manner. Drive social media marketing campaign using Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Track all leads and follow up with all prospects. Maintain knowledge about local market conditions; Responsible for shopping local competition and completing weekly market surveys. Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention. Use attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals. Ensure all aspects of the move-in process are completed in advance of lease signing. Activities may include resident screening, pre-tour unit, income verification, file maintenance and compliance. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times. Escalate any unusual property/resident concerns to their Property Manager in a timely manner. Additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Must have at least 2-3 years of property management experience leasing luxury properties. Previous lease-up experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop a rapport with the residents, community staff and vendors. Must possess exceptional analytical ability, problem solving and organization skills. Must possess a strong, take charge personality with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products is required Must have valid driver's license and insurance Must be available to work weekend shifts We offer a competitive benefits package including paid time off and starting salary for the right individual. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to speak effectively before groups to include owners, tenants and employees. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
