HZ's Content Studio represents an exciting new division of the agency that harnesses creative, editorial and social media, as well as select account management functions.The Digital Content Strategist will partner with select major clients to understand and articulate their business needs in the social space, while also planning and executing innovative, cross-channel marketing solutions in response to those needs.In concert with members of the Content Studio team and colleagues in Creative and Client Services, s/he will play a proactive role in helping to quickly and accurately identify what content should be created (and when and how) based on business objectives, value to the consumer, cultural relevance and platform capabilities and best practices. S/he helps to integrate content with traditional marketing efforts. RESPONSIBILITIESA cents € cents Leverage knowledge of marketing communications strategy and brand acumen to guide the development of social media solutions across a variety of platforms.A cents € cents Deliver actionable campaign and content insights to clients and/or brand partners with an aim to drive best-in-class marketing programmingA cents € cents Plan, oversee and document all aspects of deliverable development, working closely with client services and creative teams as needed to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is properly alignedA cents € cents In tandem with Social Media Manager, gather strategic business insights to develop comprehensive briefing documents to ensure the social, editorial, and creative teams have a complete understand of project and/or assignmentsQUALIFICATIONSA cents € cents A bachelorA cents € (TM) s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field is requiredA cents € cents At least two years of agency experience is preferredA cents € cents Five-plus years of professional immersion in social media, digital, and/or advertising experience is required; personal passion for content/storytelling is a mustA cents € cents Experience serving as project team lead with a proven understanding of scoping, estimating, scheduling and workflow traffickingA cents € cents Robust knowledge of publishing and analytics platforms such as Simply Measured, Meltwater, Radian 6, Facebook Insights, Power Editor, Statigram, etc.A cents € cents Must be proficient in the social space and all of its platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and others
