Responsibilities: Perform Comparisons of Jobs for consistency in the job classification structure. Perform Analyses of Employee Compensation for internal equity and external competitiveness. Provide Advice and Guidance in regards to job re-design and/or career ladders. Conduct Assessments of Employee Requisition Requests and process the compensation segment of the process. Conduct Standard Research requiring an understanding of relevant jobs, labor markets, and competitor organizations and industries.
