The Recruiting Coordinator will support the BGS Recruiting Team throughout the recruiting process to include requisition management, on-boarding, and key projects/initiatives. The position is located in Northern Virginia. Responsibilities Duties:Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and provide notifications of results.Draft and extend offer letters to candidates and provide welcome letter details to candidates prior to their start date. Administer the on-boarding process for new hires and act as a point of reference for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.Provide metrics reporting as needed.Provide creative support to hiring events and recruiting programs as needed.Ensure completion and compliance of all onboarding requirements prior to new hire start dates.Notify Recruiters and Hiring Managers of any potential issues with the new hireAct as liaison for stakeholders during the hiring process and coordinate with Human Resources on all necessary on-boarding documentation.Create and post job requirements into SmartSearch.Other duties/projects as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent0-3 years of administrative, human resources, and/or recruiting experience required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking SystemsAbility to work in deadline driven environments while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a large team environment.Ability to interface with all levels of management.
