In-House Marketing Representative (Telesales)An In-House Marketing Representative for Hilton Club is responsible for making appointments for owners and guests of Hilton Grand Vacations to attend a sales presentation. This is a phone position contacting owners/guests of Hilton Grand Vacations both pre-arrival and/or after arrival.What will I be doing? As an In-House Marketing Representative, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:The In-House Marketing Representative for the Hilton Club works at one of our resort or hotel properties, phoning guests prior to their check-in, and once on-site, with the purpose to book sales presentations for the Hilton Club. You will inform owners/guests about purchase opportunities, vacation destinations and luxury amenities, while also helping to implement specific marketing programs and track associated results/data.
