This opportunity that will report directly to the VP or Sales and Director of eCommerce. The eCommerce Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for consistent brand messaging across consumer touch points online. This person will be key in brand development and creating customer demand online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of: online marketing, analytics, merchandising tactics and best practices. Responsibilities: - Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales team to develop and implement a marketing and communication strategy - Ensure consistent messaging between marketing, sales and eCommerce - Ensure flawless execution of major marketing campaigns across all consumer touch points - Work with Technology team and Customer Care team to ensure that we have the technical capability to deliver, measure and optimize the success of online marketing campaigns - Analyze sales, marketing and operational reports to create and maintain weekly KPI dashboards/sales reports for the Executive Team. - Understand apply eCommerce Marketing Best Practices including Retention Marketing, Social Marketing, Mobile Marketing, SEO/SEM, etc. - Create accurate sales forecasts and inventory forecasts - Manage markdowns and other sales driving activities - Develop a keen understanding of the industry including competitive product marketingRequirements: - Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative, test-driven field (Marketing or Business preferred) - Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Ecommerce marketing including responsibility for campaign development and strategy - Sound understanding of relevant KPIs for this role along with the tools needed to measure and analyze campaign performance - Experience with website analytics tools - Experience with A/B and multi-variate testing - Knowledge of Retention Marketing email campaigns - Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. - Ability to work under strict deadlines - Strong communication both written and verbal If interested in this opportunity, please email your resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resume]!At TCG, we're committed to you from the moment you sign up.
