Calibre CPA Group, PLLC is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Business Development. This role is responsible for creating and executing the Firm's overall sales and marketing strategy focused on brand, lead generation, internal communications, and sales support to achieve growth targets and increase brand awareness. In addition, the Director will also work with Calibre recruiting and HR to develop relevant programs, materials and communications targeting existing and prospective employees. Position Responsibilities Developing and executing the strategic sales and marketing plans, outlining the strategy, approach, goals and objectives, specific activities and budget Creating a schedule of marketing events and activities including, but not limited to campaign generation, events and seminars, client communications and publishing Calibre original content Developing an online strategy including content and approach for Calibre's corporate website and social media outreach Creating a process and strategy for developing and distributing thought leadership materials such as, but not limited to articles, white papers and blog postings to differentiate and establish Calibre as a market leader and expert Identify industry and develop Calibre hosted events (trade shows, seminars, conferences, etc.) with a plan to ensure maximum attendance and leads to supports growth objectives Overseeing production of monthly e-newsletters and other communications Overseeing proposal development and delivery ensuring Calibre provides a quality deliverable that best positions firm to garner business Maintaining consistent, high-quality brand identity including brand messaging, advertising, and development of print and digital collateral Developing and managing speaking and networking opportunities for Partners and Staff Identifying and generating press release opportunities regarding firm and client news and events Performing market research and analysis Developing and managing department budget and marketing partner/vendor relationships Working with partners and senior management to increase revenue by developing, establishing and nurturing relationships across all industry lines Engaging with professional associations and attending events to build contact database Producing and reporting on sales and marketing activities and progress against objectives Developing and delivering internal business development training as needed Strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying cross sell opportunities Bachelor's Degree, Marketing Degree is a plus 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing with emphasis on lead generation, working within a sales environment, and managing a team. Experience using social media and other online outlets. Knowledge of Sales Force or related system Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation skills Leadership skills
