BGS is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to serve on an integrated team of government and contractor personnel providing contract support the contracting, pricing, and business development teams of BGS. Responsibilities The BGS senior subcontracts administrator will be responsible for activities associated with subcontract proposal development/submittal and subcontract management/administration of multiple assigned subcontracts and direct consulting agreements. Specifically, this individual will perform the following functions: Assure processes and procedures are well managed and necessary actions and reviews are accomplished to comply with FAR requirements, including all CPSR related requirementsServe as focal point of contact with subcontractors Serve as focal point of contact with internal operational personnel and department leads as well as other functional personnel concerning specific questions, issues, and data calls related to issues associated with assigned proposals and subcontractsReview and provide guidance and support for proposals relative to RFP requirements for subcontractors and coordination of necessary subcontractor flow down clausesNegotiate NDAs and TAs with potential subcontractors as requiredNegotiate and assure company approvals are obtained for subcontract and direct consulting agreementsSupport Contracts personnel to support proposal and contract activitiesAssist during government audits and reviewsResponsible for subcontract negotiations and change managementPrepare status reports and presentations/training to internal customers as neededResponsible for subcontract close out processes and documentationAssist the BGS VP Contracts as required 5-10 years of experience in federal government subcontracts administrationStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills for building strong subcontract relationships and working with all levels of senior management and personnelStrong organizational skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsMust have working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS Desired Skills:Deltek CostPoint experienceCollege Degree/Advanced DegreeKnowledge of Government Purchasing processes Professional CertificationsCompensation BGS seeks to fill this position with an exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual.
