This is an exciting direct hire opportunity and will pay between $45-55K with a potential 10% annual bonus. Responsibilities include: - Managing social media campaigns, print collateral, and promotional items for several clients - Assist with content, design and brand consistency through preparation of marketing collateral - Facilitate digital marketing campaigns, including newsletters, contest forms, Facebook promos, Snapchat geofilter requests, website projects and/or other digital requests that support client needs - Ensure all content and messaging adhere to advertising laws/regulations - Monitor project progress by tracking schedules and tracking change, communicating changes and resolving problems - Obtain, evaluate, and manage vendor quotes, purchases, schedules and invoices for all clients - Participate in client and team marketing meetings - Perform administrative tasks, such as supply sample orders or processing marketing invoices- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, brand management, public relations, communications, project management, or related field - Two or more years of experience in project management or with a marketing agency - Exceptional verbal and communication skills - Content development is preferred but not a requirement - Self-motivated and solution-driven who thrives in a high-energy environment and can adapt to change quickly - Collaborative, team player who is able to work alongside and interact professionally with staff, clients and vendors - Knowledge of CMS, Project Management Software and Social Media Ads Manager - Preferred skills in graphic design, such as: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If interested in learning more about this job opportunity, please email Amber Davidson at [Click Here to Email Your Resume].
