Call Center Representative
Kelly Services is seeking highly skill call center representatives to work with our client at a nearby college/university. Working in a call center on campus, the call center representative will serve in answering calls for continuing education students. The CCR must register students for classes, process electronic payments, attend to the front desk and handle walk-in customers, and interface with university stakeholders. Shifts will vary from 8am-7pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work. This is a part-time position, working an average of 19.5 hours/week, but may increase to 40 hours at times, based on need.
