As a recruiter at Envision your primary responsibility is to find the great people who will make up our team Its a fun dynamic and rewarding job and by establishing a strong applicant pipeline screening candidates and placing people in positions to succeed you help continue to make Envision a truly great organization Day to day its a mixture of outreach interviewing training and the occasional special event You will be responsible for sourcing qualifying and matching candidates to open requisitions You will guide hiring managers on candidate sourcing recruitment channels and market conditions and develop a thorough understanding of the business Recruiting at Envision is unique as our team supports both corporate full time recruitment efforts and the recruitment of a large diverse and dispersed seasonal team In each year we recruit for corporate positions and seasonal positions This is an opportunity to work as part of a talented human resources team and build your recruiting skills We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for identifying talent who thrive in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment Position Responsibilities Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategyManage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitionsTeam closely with hiring manager to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting within that contextActively pursue all channels Internet networking print media etc to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular roleMaximize direct hiringLiaise with internal departments and external vendors to close candidatesDevelop and manage a network of recruitment and referral sources including colleges professional associations vendors agencies to assist in identifying job candidatesManage data integrity within applicant tracking system ensuring timely entry within databaseCounsel hiring managers in Interview processskills to ensure compliance and minimize risk factorsProvide the highest level of customer service and give each applicant a positive interviewing experienceManage our social presence on LinkedIn Glassdoor Facebook Indeed other job boards and social sitesRepresent the organization at hiring events throughout the countryAssist in the creation of offer letters and contractsProvide ongoing support and communication to applicants and new hires throughout their on boarding processAssist with other special projects as neededPosition Qualifications Degree Certifications College Degree Fields related to education communication or human resources preferredSkills Experience Impeccable communication skills both oral and writtenPassionate about building a talented team to deliver our programsKeen attention to detailMaster of relationship building and ability to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alikeEndless energy and enthusiasmAbility to work independentlyDemonstrate desire to win Doing whatever it takes to get the job done and meet deadlines and performance metricsFamiliarity with web based interviewing applicant tracking systems preferredFamiliarity with recruiting educators preferredMicrosoft Office power user
