The successful candidate will join a team that is focused on partnering with Business Units and Hiring Managers to facilitate full cycle recruiting activities that deliver the right candidate at the right time while ensuring a first class candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartners with business managers in a consultative and strategic capacity to identify and hire quality talent. Develops successful strategies and tactics to meet current and future staffing needs.Manages to functional staffing strategy and metrics with regular analysis and reporting to business unit.Determines appropriate recruiting strategies based on position competencies and requirements. Performs targeted candidate searches using active and passive sourcing strategies: internal talent; employee referrals; LinkedIn; community outreach; networking; job boards, and social media. Monitors the job market and makes recommendations to supported business units regarding labor market trends in talent availability, skills, and requirements.Proactively identify recruitment issues, and provides timely and proper solutions.Conducts phone screens, assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process. Maintains accuracy of candidate status in applicant tracking system throughout the entire recruiting process. Implements and supports diversity recruiting efforts.This position may be located in Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Tampa, FL or Evansville, IN
