Digital Affiliate Marketing ManagerThe Digital Affiliate Marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our affiliate network. The role encompasses all stages of campaign management, beginning with ideation, forecasting and planning through execution, optimization and ongoing testing to further scale the channel at favorable economics. Additional projects that support digital acquisition efforts, such as owned property and response funnel optimization, A/B and/or multi-variate testing, and user experience testing are also within the purview of the Digital Affiliate Marketing manager role. This role requires demonstrated ability to work at both a strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth) and at a tactical level (analyzing traffic and volume data, and solving problems). This role is also responsible for creating executive level presentations, facilitating executive level discussions, and executing on key business decisions.The Digital Affiliate Marketing team builds partnerships and drives business results by translating market and consumer insights into actionable strategies and tactics to attract, convert, and retain customers. Team members will collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the organization to generate and implement new ideas in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies that reflect the needs of various stakeholders, leading efforts to execute against those strategies to increase traffic and conversion of new customers while building a stronger brand.Be able to coordinate Omni-channel strategies within digital and traditional mediums to acquire customers.Source, manage, and optimize online partner relationships to drive volume in a cost effective and competitive manner.Co-lead development of reporting with the internal analytics team to measure program performance and impact.Drive improvements from ideation to execution via coordinating with partners, project managers, web developers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholdersTake complex ideas and processes and synthesize them into clear, concise executive summariesPrepare and track to performance of annual digital budget for volume and costReport on goals progress, forecasts, results and challenges#LI-BH1CB1DC
