Each day will be unique, requiring an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and employ a diverse set of skills. You will listen carefully to discover prospective residents' needs, confidently recommend solutions and overcome concerns, and earn commitment by guiding new residents through the leasing process. Leasing Representatives bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve any apartment issues quickly and effectively, and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.Responsibilities:Set leasing and marketing strategy for the propertyTour apartments with prospects and adhere to thorough follow-up proceduresLease and pre-lease apartmentsResponsible to organize and carry out all retention activitiesComplete applications and lease/renewal documentsReview vacancies, walk tour path and maintain model apartmentsAssist management with resident relationsImplement policies and proceduresMake and maintain relationships with industry partners and brokersMaintain daily and weekly leasing reports and monthly market surveysAnalyze market and occupancy trends and shop the competition to identify changing market conditionsRecommend and track marketing avenues, oversee marketing campaigns and monitor traffic resultsResponsible for updating the website and marketing sites Job RequirementsDemonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, software/database, and social mediaExcellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsMust have strong closing skillsProficient in managing an internal applicant databaseMust have the ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionalsAbility to obtain Real Estate Leasing LicenseAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsTwo years of leasing management experience, preferably in a luxury lease-up setting.Yardi or On-site experience helpfulExperience with mixed-income buildings, a major plus!PREFERRED EXPERIENCECollege degree or courseworkPrior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality.COMPENSATION: Salary - Base + Commission + Annual Bonus + Generous Benefits Package#CB
