The Marketing Automation Specialist will oversee and optimize technology that aligns marketing and sales and supports creation of a world-class marketing function by connecting people, process, and technology. You'll join a marketing team that has won numerous awards for digital marketing and live event production.As Marketing Automation Specialist, you have an exciting opportunity to be a trailblazer that enables us to increase our usage of SalesForce and Pardot across multiple brands and continuously builds our sophistication with the tools.The role requires a broad understanding of modern marketing and the portfolio of marketing activities including inbound and outbound marketing, content, SEO, demand generation, CRM, etc.Duties of the Marketing Automation Specialist include:Implement email best practices to maximize conversion, engagement, etc.; provide well segmented lists for marketing campaigns.Stay current with best practices and industry trends for email marketing, and develop fresh and innovative ideas for the teamManage digital content marketing across multiple web properties.CRM/SalesForce experience required*Oversee technology design, solutions and integration architecture in Salesforce to streamline organizational needs.Participate and contribute ideas in team meetings that address strategic business initiatives involving Salesforce.Develop reports, custom report types, dashboards and process to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.Manage functional day-to-day operations of such as managing security, users, roles, profiles, groups, page layouts, queues and other setup optionsInitiate internal projects to improve lead generation, marketing programs, and marketing effectivenessPartner with key stakeholders to develop meaningful KPIs and monitor lead acquisition, flow, nurture, scoring and website metrics.Maintain Marketing dashboard to report program activity, lead-to-pipeline, and effectiveness across the customer journey.Manage third-party SEO consultants to maximize investments and increase overall online presenceExperience with B2B marketing highly preferredAbout TEKsystems:Join TEKsystems(R), a leading IT staffing, IT talent management and IT services firm, and get your career on the fast track.
