Our Shared Services employees bring the domain expertise that helps First Data retain and grow our base of owner-associates, drive profitable growth, navigate complex channel partnerships, and build First Data's brand equity.POSITION DESCRIPTION OVERVIEWTreasury Manager will supervise the Treasury Operations group and is responsible for supervising a team of Treasury Analysts who conduct daily cash management activities for the company. The Treasury Manager will work with other business areas as needed on projects that require input from Corporate Treasury.JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise a team of Treasury Analysts that oversee daily cash positions for FDC. This involves balancing cash accounts, initiating cash transfers, monitoring cash movement throughout the day and working with numerous departments with cash management requests.Manage team performance and guide direct reports' career growth and advancement. Coordinate daily liquidity needs.Assists in implementing effects of changes on FDC Cash position such as acquisitions, new products, banking changes and new system developments.Maintain an open dialogue with settlement to ensure bank changes are communicated that may affect their area and their cash needs are met.Applies subject matter knowledge during issue resolution.Performs other related duties as assigned. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience.5 - 8+ years of progressive finance, accounting or treasury experience. Must possess experience managing people in a team environment.CTP Certification preferred.Knowledge of Treasury workstations, Fedwire, SWIFT and online banking systems. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with Oracle and/or Hyperion Financial Management a plus.Strong understanding of Treasury operations, policies and practices. Experience in cash flow forecasting and familiarity with varied financial disciplines. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Advanced organizational, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills.Candidate must also be detail oriented with an unwavering commitment to accurate, timely results, and have the ability to perform analytical thinking.
