Established, Growing, Third-Party Commercial Property & Asset Management firm has an immediate opening for a seasoned, Senior Property/Asset Manager to manage an office building/industrial flex portfolio in the Baltimore/Anne ArundelCounty area. The SPM will maintain strong tenant relations and establish high level of client satisfaction with third-party property owners. Must possess and in-depth knowledge of, and being able to create and maintain operating budgets, financial reporting and accounting functions. Assists with marketing and leasing efforts and has a solid understanding of various types of commercial and retail leases and insurance. Negotiates and awards service contracts, supervises and directs the daily activities of building engineers. Capable of producing accurate, detailed monthly property owner reports in a timely manner. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years, commercial office building, property/asset management experience in a multiple-unit portfolio or large office building complex. Must be hands-on, roll-up sleeves, entrepreneurial executive with the ability to 'hit the ground running'. Understanding the "asset" piece is critical. Well-developed communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills essential, comfortable interacting with all levels of management. Adept at maintaining effective tenant relations and knowledge of, and proficient in related property management computer applications.
