The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, health & safety, and recruitment. Responsibilities: Recruiting and full on-boarding process Performance management and improvement systems Organization and department development Employee orientation, development, and training Policy development, documentation, training, and enforcement Provide support with employee relations matters Compensation and benefits administration Advise employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters Participate in benefits administration to include open enrollment, change reporting, and employee communications Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health Support HR business processes, HR systems, and special projects Function as a liaison between vendors, field HR representatives, and employees Leave of absence and workers compensation administration Compliance with employment regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, ADAA, and EEO Personnel recordkeeping- maintain confidential, personnel and other HR records Prepare reports from HRIS system Other tasks/projects as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum of 3 years HR experience PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, including a HRIS background Strong analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with various levels of management and employees Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to complete tasks individually and as a part of a team Ability to self-motivate and work independently Effective decision making and problem-solving skills to ensure consistency with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations and/or laws Dependable and consistent work attendance Follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance Must be detail-oriented with the ability to quickly and accurately process large amounts of paperwork Experience in handling initial phone interviews, reading resumes, and selecting qualified candidates Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration Please respond to this ad with your resume attached to [Click Here to Email Your Resume] Gina Leposa Global Employment USA 4905 W.
