Attorney - Litigation
Kelly Legal Managed Services is seeking several Attorneys with various levels of strong, recent hands-on litigation experience for a long-term (1 year) project with a government agency. The Litigation Attorneys will be supporting the law department with a variety of litigation matters, legislative and regulatory work and more. Depending on Attorney level of experience, some or all of the following duties will be included: Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, affidavits, formal opinions and more Prepare or try cases in court or before an administrative law judge Attend pre-trial and pre-hearing conferences Provide analysis of legal and factual issues Provide legal advice to various state agencies and non-government organizations Perform legal research, writing & document/exhibit preparation Prepare, review and analyze legislation, regulations, manual provisions and policies The qualified Litigation Attorney MUST have at least 1+ years of hand-on litigation experience; more experienced attorneys with trial experience will also be considered. All candidates must be admitted to at least one US State Bar and be in good standing. This is an outstanding opportunity to become heavily involved in government litigation process and work on high-profile cases. This is not a document review position.
