SUMMARY The Recruitment Specialist (RS) is responsible for providing support to the HR Recruitment Team for the attraction and acquisition of Talent to the organization. The Recruitment Specialist will assist the Recruiters in acquiring and maintaining HR metrics and employment related data for the purposes of improving the recruitment process within the organization. The Recruitment specialist will work with the Director of Recruitment, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to assist in the evaluation of different recruitment channels, resources and effective sourcing in the quest for successful Talent Acquisition. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Requires previous experience within the human resources function* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills* Must have knowledge of basic project management principles and process improvement techniques* Proven track record of adding business value, working successfully with business unit leaders in a client focused, fast pace and competitive industry, and operating in a matrixed environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field * 1-2 years of experience working within a fast pace HR environment* Additional related education and/or experience preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * The position will maintain data on the recruitment process performance, assist with the preparation of the recruitment dashboards * Assist recruiters in making changes to the recruitment process and in implementing changes through spreadsheets or Applicant Tracking Systems. Will keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date* Will assist in identifying difficult job vacancies and communicates this information to recruiters and the Director of Recruitment* Will develop and maintain various reports to help HR and leaders plan for success* Establishes and post jobs on job search websites * Will screen and forward resumes to Hiring Managers* May schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates and prepare necessary documents, job descriptions, phone screenings, screen tests and interview questions for the organization as needed* Make changes or corrections to job postings* Assist in preparing documents for recruiting events (ie Job Fairs, Open Houses) NOTE: The essential functions are intended to describe the general content of and requirements of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties.
