Ref ID: 04510-0010098215Classification: Operations Manager/Director/VPCompensation: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per yearThe Human Resources Manager will assist in the development of human resources policy and assist with all day-to-day human resources activities, including but not limited to: benefits, recruiting, training, employee relations, and compensation. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager will oversee two Human Resource Generalists. The Human Resources Manager may have involvement with some or all of the following responsibilities: . Team up with Human Resources Director to oversee a human resources department that meets company needs . Identify legal requirements and reporting regulations affecting human resources functions to ensure procedures, policies, and reporting are in compliance . Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan. . Assist with recruiting efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding . Keeps strong records of all necessary HR documentation including personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting . Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, performance review, promotions, terminations, and general office safety . Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues . Supervise two Human Resources Generalists, providing oversight of daily work and assigning daily tasksCandidates for the Human Resources Manager position should possess the following skillsets or experience: . Bachelor's Degree . Master's Degree in Human Resources or PHR (preferred) . 5+ years of Human Resources experience, 3+ in a true Human Resources Generalist capacity (one year as a Human Resources Manager preferred, not required) . Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills . Strong project management skills .
