Job Description for Recruiting Manager: The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Understands the practices, mission, principles and values of CRA. Works closely with Hiring Managers to ensure overall right fit of hires within company. Coordinates company-wide recruiting efforts ensuring that hiring and selection processes are understood and that all CRA project sites have necessary tools. Manage recruiting staff. Oversight for all credentialing for CRA. Provide input and oversight of standardized hiring processes and procedures for all positions. Oversight of such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, conducting screening interviews, checking references and background, evaluation applicants' qualifications, and credentialing. Keeps records and compiles reports concerning recruitment's interviews, hires, utilizing knowledge of job requirements, valid selection processes and legislation concerning equal employment practices. Provide selection and interviewing training for project sites as requested. Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other networking events relative to recruiting. Develop appropriate employment "marketing tools" with input from the VP of HR. Develop and maintain relationships with external candidates. Develops and presents recommendations for improvement of employment processes and practices. Recommends and maintains cost effective approaches to attracting qualified candidates; maintains a database of contacts generated and issues regular reports to management. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications for Recruiting Manager: Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university. Minimum 5 years experience in Recruiting. Candidates must have healthcare recruitment experience, preferably including physician, nursing, and ancillary support at all levels. 1 + years managing a team of recruiters conducting full cycle recruiting. Success in building a team. Experience dealing with compliance in OFCCP, Affirmative Action, EEOC and other HR specific requirements. HR certification such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred. Demonstrated ability to create a strategic plan for recruiting, including identifying multiple sources for active and passive candidates and successfully identifying skills and cultural fit for an organization.
