Pontoon is looking for an Intel Recruiter for a client of ours in Annapolis Junction, MD. Recruiter must be local with the ability to go onsite every day if need be. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruiting cycle from research to candidate identification, in person interview, evaluation technical assessment, formal submittal, pre-closing, offer negotiation, closing, and reference checking. Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Candidate will be expected to develop a thorough and deep understanding of the projects and services within our Intel community. Conduct interviews to recruit pipeline candidates and refer applicants to specific job openings- becoming the overall SME for the DOD division. Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates through job posting sites, referrals, networking and social media opportunities to develop a pipeline of available candidates. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals. Provide continuous and open communication to leadership and Project Managers regarding recruitment efforts including status of open positions and proposal pipeline. Communicate with hiring manager on the status of requisitions, candidate quality and candidate pipeline. Maintain contact with hard to find skilled candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidates interested Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit critical skilled candidates. US Citizen Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience within Federal agencies. Government contracting recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting for candidates in the Intel world required. Experience hiring for OCONUS positions preferred Able to establish and maintain mutually beneficial effective relationships with applicants as well as the management team. Able to recommend and implement creative and productive enhancements to applicant identification, qualification and selection processes to strengthen competitive advantages. Self Starter with track record of producing results in fast paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building relationships with candidates, internal customers and business partners.
