This position is to work in a high-volume, polished casual dining concept who serves high quality food. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the overall operations for the back of house and kitchen area of the restaurant. In addition, kitchen managers ensure that the company's standards are upheld. Job Duties: Ensure customers receive exceptional service through timely and accurate preparation of food Willingness to work the line during busy meal periods, if needed Build positive relationships with vendors and internal employees Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to Training, coaching, and corrective action Skills & experience we are looking for: 4-5 years of experience as an KM in an upscale, high volume, upscale casual dining environment.
