Job Summary/Company: 
Are YOU one of the BEST in Customer Service?? Do you enjoy the fast pace of a busy call center?? Sparks Group is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Professionals to staff contract and contract to hire call center projects in diverse industries.

Qualified Call Center candidates will possess the following:
• Respond to incoming communications by phone, fax or email in a timely manner
• Return calls as required
• Provide information according to project parameters
• Data entry 
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times and provide the ultimate in customer service
• Assist in other areas of projects as needed

Qualifications/Background profile: 
• Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume fast paced call centers
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual skills a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, primarily Word and Excel 
• Available to work shifts between 8AM-8PM, Monday/Friday
• MUST be able to pass a drug and background check
